Going to Prison for Wire Fraud

Sohaib Akhter is a young man who is about to begin serving a 24-month sentence in federal prison. He and his brother engaged in behavior that violated cyber security laws. Sohaib pleaded guilty to wire fraud. We spoke about preparations he could make now to position him for the best possible outcome. Unfortunately, his brother was taken into custody on the same case. They will do their best to prepare for a successful outcome.
