Carole and I arrived in Orange County just before midnight last night. But at 5:00 am this morning I was up and showered, bursting with enthusiasm to begin this exciting new opportunity of building a sales force. I’ve never had such an opportunity before, and I welcome the challenge of recruiting, training, and nurturing a best-in-class sales force. We’ll have consistent data to determine whether processes I introduce are succeeding. The organization currently averages $7 million in monthly revenues. It’s my intention to build a sales force that will double those monthly revenues, and then double them again. Today I worked on systematizing the hiring process. After 12 hours in the sales office, I met with the CEO and COO at the organization’s corporate office to outline my plan for moving forward through July 1.
