Writing a new sales presentation, as I did yesterday, introduces change. Many people resist change. Today I faced the challenge of persuading others that a new approach to sales would bring more benefit. I welcome healthy debate to deliberate risks and rewards associated with change. I appreciated an opportunity to listen and learn from differing opinions that came from several people that sat around the table with me today. Our discussion has led me to embark upon an ambitious plan that will require me to write volumes of content over the next several days. I welcome these challenges.
