I’ve been working to teach principles of our Straight-A Guide program for a group of sales professionals. Earlier, I wrote about efforts I made to help Global Property Alliance build its sales force. We’ve been working as a team, and based on the extensive hiring procedures we developed, we hired eight people. Today was the first day of training. I really enjoyed working with the group. Although I work closely with the sales department, I focus my energies on training and inspiring the team. It’s truly a wonderful opportunity. Every day I enjoy the privilege of teaching others the strategies that empowered me through my journey, and encouraging others to find passion through theirs. Today I had a great day.
