The heavy workload over the past week has really brought sacrifices to my running schedule. I prefer to run every day. By running seven days a week, I always feel fresh and energized. I intend to resume my runs tomorrow, though I don’t think that I’ll be able to stay on the seven-day a week exercise schedule while I simultaneously strive to build a great corporate culture. Right now, I’m placing a priority and emphasis on my career. I’ve always had to live in ways that require me to prioritize activities. Once I succeed on a high level professionally, I expect that I’ll have more time to allocate for exercise and to enjoy time with Carole. We’re on a five-year plan. It seems we’ve always been on a five-year plan. Currently I’m working long hours at the office, seven days each week. Fortunately, I have a loving supportive wife who doesn’t mind that I leave home before dawn seven days each week, and that I don’t return from my office until after six. We must pay these costs to prepare for the life we are choosing to build together in the future. These ancillary costs result from my having served 26 years in prison, but we’re making progress and we’re happy.
