Ten newly hired sales professionals began working with us today. Many have extensive experience in sales, and I look forward to watching their careers develop with us. Before they will begin interacting with prospective customers, they will proceed through one week of training. During the training session, they will learn the various stages of our sales cycle. Our technology team will introduce them to the SalesForce platform. Once the team members pass a series of “live tests”, the leaders of our sales team will allow them to begin making calls to interact with our customers. I enjoy playing a role in developing this process of building and inspiring a sales force.
