Today I took more affirmative steps to write the program for Prison Professor. In the weeks to come, I intend to make significant progress toward advancing this initiative. I now have an outline to follow, and I have more than 30 individual lessons to write. I suspect each lesson will take between 3,000 and 5,000 words. A series of questions will follow each lesson. I’ll offer this program to others who want to learn the strategies that empowered me through the 26 years that I served, and to learn how they can employ those same strategies in their own life. My intentions are to offer the Prison Professors lessons as a resource for attorneys who practice criminal defense.
Completing this work does not feel like a challenge to me. But I may face challenges in bringing the work to market. People who need the content that I’m writing are in every state of the union. And once I finish writing for individuals who may face challenges with the criminal justice system, I’ll write content for business organizations that may need to learn from what I can teach. Then I’ll write content specifically for attorneys. The writing responsibilities I can handle. I’m challenged, on the other hand, with the concept of reaching my market. I’ll need extensive resources to brand and launch Prison Professor. Fortunately, I have all the confidence in the world that I’ll find the right strategy to move forward.
