I’m writing a great deal about raising capital. The company where I am devoting a lot of time requires tens of million of dollars in capital. This isn’t to say that the company is hurting financially. On the contrary, it has been an incredibly successful venture. Indeed, boasts an enormous monthly cash flow and I expect that it will generate more than $75 million in sales this year. Still, the company requires additional investment to develop a hotel, a yacht club, an activity center, and much more. Writing the documents to express this vision takes a lot of planning and a lot of time. There is a lot of writing and then rewriting. But I’m thrilled to have this opportunity to contribute.
